If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (including issues such as misprints, off-center designs, or material defects), we will make it right.

📸 Proof of Issue

To process your request quickly, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Please keep all items and packaging until your claim is resolved.

📦 Return Requirements (if applicable)

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
  • Free of excessive pet or human hair
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Return instructions will be provided by our support team if a return is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

💲 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

🚚 Shipping Costs for Returns
